EB Games has refurbed XBOX's for $99. If you are looking for a good, cheap alternative to a media center PC, then look into mod-chipping one of these consoles. I have a Xenium Modchip in mine with EvolutionX dashboard plus XBMC to stream the mp3's from my home PC to my entertainment center, I have also been using it as a DVD player because I am too lazy to swap the A/V cables between by XBOX and DVD player in the back of my TV. All I really need now is a DVD remote so that I can stop using the XBOX controller for navigation.
